On hating strength training I book appointments with the trainer since at my work gym it’s free. It gets me there and then someone else figures out what I do.

On hating strength training What motivates me is that picture of fat and muscle side. It#s gross but it’s good motivation.

On hating strength training I’m lucky, I have to for work! block winningatlosing replied to your post: On hating strength training If you hate strength training (and I used to) you should try a medicine ball routine for it. I love medicine balls now, and they kick my ass every single time.
Really - these are all awesome! I hate strength training because so far I haven't found something that doesn't bore me. I can't zone out while doing ST like I can doing cardio because, well, you're supposed to focus on your muscles! Haha. I'm going to try something new today: self-inflicted workout plan while watching Bones. How about that for a reward system? I'm excited to switch gyms to the Y in August so I can (GASP!) go to group classes -- I used to hate them but I'm thinking I'm going to need them to stay on top of ST. No group cardio though. ICK.
