So. After seeing the additions made to Wriggly's Fred reward, I have come to a conclusion

No one can stop me from making everything about Fredshipping, it seems, even when the material for my argument comes from killing two of these guys at the third's demand-

(Anyway, imagine Wriggly insisting that he, Facetaker and Frederic are Fred married by Fred laws, while the both of them are both incredibly confused and slightly flustered-)

Yup, I definitely do!

So, I think at the very beginning (very shortly after/during the apocalypse), when the Fred's relationship with each other was extremely rocky, Scared would probably stick to Bright's side. At that time, it's less out of genuine fondness for Bright, but moreso cause he's the "safe" option, unfortunately. And well...Bright might treat Scared in a bit of a somewhat patronizing way? Not intentionally, of course, but I think he could definitely come off that way.

Things get better once the Fred's relationships with eachother grows more comfortable, and now that Scared doens't have to be by Bright's side to feel safe...which means that now, he actually hang out with him cause he wants to, and Bright learns to have less of a "patient" relationship with him, realizing that Scared does genuinely want to spend time with him, not just wanting his help.

And, well...when time goes on, and it seems romantic relationships are becoming more and more common among the Freds, then it's not that surprising they'd try to explore their relationship in such an aspect as well.

Bright can be a bit naive at times, so Scared's anxious nature could help having him not get taken advantage of as much, without the agressitivity that would come with it like with Toxic, for example.

Of course, Scared having some softer moments with someone he knows he can trust would definitely help.

That may be a bit unexpected, but I also think Scared would be really good at comforting Bright if needed...

In general, I think these two would be insufferably sappy with eachother (affectionate), constantly complimenting the other, reassuring them if needed, and cuddling like their life depends on it (though that last part may just be a Fred thing...)

They'd probably paint together a whole lot, I think... Just having Scared doodle away in a sketch book while sitting on Bright's lap, who's currently painting something...

Also, I do have a hc that Bright would be a wheelchair user post-denial, and I think that Scared would be quite careful as to make sure it's in good conditions, and that every place they want to go in has accommodation for wheelchair user

They'd be really cute honestly!

Though I do think their dynamic works better if you'd add a third Fred here... Potentially Toxic. Because someone needs to tell the waiter that they didn't want pickles, and it's not gonna be them 😔

Soooo fred polycule + Morton when?

I should have expected that one...

Anyone who's more interested in Morton than me, feel free to explore that idea, cause there's genuiely lots of potential there!

I feel like Wriggly would definitely like hearing Morton talk about his trinkets...

Frederic doesn't know how this guy got into the polycule, but he's not complaining about another boyfriend

Honestly, I think like you can attach almost any character to the Fred polycule. I prefer to do that with Mutt, but it works with any character, really
