Context
Mafia:The New Country. A game where we play dual protagonists between Leo and Frank. Having a similar dynamic between Vito and Joe. Show how they form the Vinci crime family, living the Vinci-Moretti War and establishing themselves among the Commission.
The Marcano family is really interesting. An entire story about betrayal, love, bloodlust and power. I'd like to see how it began and even meet Lucio.
We play as a young Ennio Salieri. Meeting Frank, joining Peppone's family, meeting Morello, rising up the ranks and as the opportunity presents itself, the assassination of Peppone and the rise of the Salieri and Morello families.
Not much is known about Louie Romeo. But his cigarette card always intrigued me.

It's suggested Los Ondas is a mix of Las Vegas and LA. So COULD be a very interesting direction for Mafia IV

We'd go back to Empire Bay, see how the city's changed, who runs things, run into Francesca, slowly learn that Joe is still alive and learn that Joe is Lincoln's father. Also could look something like this if Vito gives into desire for revenge
The RICO act was introduced in 1970, it was virtually the downfall of the Mafia, due to the RICO act in the 70's and 80's high ranking members, even Bosses where ratting on each other left, right and centre to avoid heavy jail sentences it was a really bad time and basically the downfall of the Mob, the Mafia have never recovered to this day and never will.
We could follow the Clemente Family in Havana. Playing as a rising Mobster or even Fredo Clemente himself. Possibly during the late 1950s and 1960s during Fidel Castro's Revolution and the Cuban Missile Crisis.
Not listed because I ran out of space. Young Sammy Robbinson and rise to running the Black Mob and the Hollow and how he fell in with Sal Marcano.
