As happy as we all are that Kyle got acquitted on all charges, and as much as I’m personally going to enjoy everyone who rubs it in the face of people who wanted a 18 year old kid to go to jail for life for defending himself against violent thugs, we need to make sure to remember everything the prosecution and the media did to try and rig this trial. The prosecution withheld evidence. That’s illegal. They should be disbarred and thrown in jail. The prosecution lied about the laws of self defense. The media refused to report the facts of the case until they were forced to. They sent their foot soldiers to follow the jury in an obvious attempt to threaten them into giving the “right” verdict. This whole trial was a farce. The conduct of everyone involved except the judge and (sometimes) the defense was abhorrent. This verdict is a huge victory, not just for Kyle but for the rule of law and the right to defend our persons and our property from politically connected mobs. But the fight definitely isn’t over until the media and the prosecution team is held accountable.

Kyle Rittenhouse trial: Shooting victim Gaige Grosskreutz says he was pointing his gun at young man

The protester and medic who was wounded by Kyle Rittenhouse during the unrest on the streets of Kenosha, Wisconsin, testified Monday that he was pointing his own gun at Rittenhouse when the young man shot him.

Another day of trial, and the prosecution’s story gets shredded again.

In cross-examination, after portraying himself a victim, Grosskreutz perjured himself by saying he never told his roommate that his only regret was not mag dumping into Rittenhouse when he had a chance. The testimony of Grosskreutz was dismantled when he became flustered but made no comment about his hopes for a multimillion dollar payout by the city of Kenosha should Kyle get convicted. Even better, his recounting of the events was shot full of holes (pun intended) when video and photos of the event played out differently than he had described. Initially stating he didn’t intend to point his gun at Kyle, only to say in cross-examination that he pulled his gun, ran towards with it pointed at Kyle.
