Shoutout to @freedom.industries.usa for the most comfortable running shoes ever! Never will we go back to anything else. After beating the shit out of the body for an hour with weights, decided to then run a 5k in 22 minutes.🤷🏻‍♂️ Been switching up the routine a little bit and implementing crazy cardio twice a week. As to keep the body guessing but also not to much to lose the muscle I worked so hard to get! Results are? ITS FREAKING AWESOME! The body feels more alive and I highly recommend it to anyone who just loves pushing heavy weight around everyday. I noticed more endurance and lasting longer in the gym. Not the kind of video you see every day (sped up x2. I don't go this fast, haha). With 22 different blue guns I wanted to see how fast I could align the sights on each one on a small 2x3" object across the room. Most of these guns I've never shot in real life, but I had to figure out the grip angle and get a sight picture in under a second. And I did it. Here's my point... you don't need to shoot a specific gun thousands of times to "get comfortable" with the grip angle and sights to be effective. Once you have the fundamentals down and understand proper stance, sight picture, grip, etc, it's very easy to pick up any handgun and make it work. Granted, these are fake guns. But they have the exact same grip angle and sight size as the real deal. I hear people all the time saying "I've never shot ____ gun, and I can't because I'm not used to the grip angle/sights". Those people don't understand the fundamentals of pistol shooting and are making excuses. Once you have skill, you can make any gun work.
