x ♫ - AL NIENTE; It had all started with her return to Slateport City. She had returned, or rather, retreated back to the only safe zone she knew of, with a newly earned injury and experience. Experience that indicated she ought to be more careful when it came to one of her strange notions, rather than going along with it headfirst without any thought given prior. With the return to Slateport Ciry, there had been yet another one of her notions, one that was less of a risk as it did not involve Pokemon-- to search for a ship at the docks, in hopes to go somewhere. A success was what she had been rewarded with, much to her surprise, other than the fact that she had to now search for someone willing to ferry her to that somewhere. That somewhere being her wild guess that it was Petalburg City that was her destination.
Then it began when Leah noticed a person being carried onto a stretcher, showing symptoms of having been paralyzed by a Pokemon. As always, she did not understand how she knew, she simply did-- rather than going down that path, the words “ He’s paralyzed. ” escaped her lips subconsciously, eyes blinking in surprise at her thoughts spoken aloud. Which lead to one of the locals noticing what she had said, and as one thing lead to another... she was now helping out at a temporary relief center. Identification of the patients symptoms proved to be useful to the medics in the vicinity, causing her to be dragged from one patient to the other in order to assess their ailment.
She had no idea what she was doing, and how she was doing it. But it would be rude of her to deny them of her apparent ‘skill’, which was why an hour had already passed since the composer had been roped into helping out at the center, while a certain Eevee watched from afar. Aries had not been pleased when Leah was so easily influenced into aiding these strangers, but seeing that she appeared to be happy that she could be useful, he opted to simply watch over her as he usually did, wary of any dangers that may come their way.
A presence. Ears twitched as the Eevee shifted his gaze around in search of the foreign presence that had entered the vicinity, watchful eyes scanning through his whereabouts. They appeared closer to Aries than they were to Leah, but there was a chance that there were multiple perpetrators... Hence, the normal type remained still, both eyes and ears focused in catching any signs of movement, ready to defend Leah and himself if need be. Actively seeking out the presence and attacking them was something he would not do, but if they were to pose a threat, he would certainly not hesitate to attack in self defense.
