From my Psychology background, I can tell you that reward has a way of reinforcing positive behavior. . To grow organically, you have to stay motivated, to stay motivated, you have to reward yourself with some form of incentives from time to time. . Yes you offer Giveaways to others on your page with criteria they have to meet. Set those consistency criteria for yourself too with some mouth watering giveaways... . You see ehn, you have already been meeting so many of your targets without rewarding yourself. February is ending this week. As you evaluate the month, don't comankee yourself o, where you have done well, pamper yourself with some rewards so that you can be motivated for next month. . . .
