When we have so much to do in our daily lives it can be difficult to get it all done. We have to much on our plate and don’t know where to start. Our lives have become inundated with schedules and appointments, we have limited time to get it all accomplished. Visualization is a great tool to help us stay organized and create the outcome.
We have stress at work, at home and in our relationships. When our thoughts try to get “order”, our minds take over and tries to figure out a plan. There could be no solution to the situation or problem at the present time, this can cause our thoughts to spin. Visualization is a tool to assist us to get our thoughts in order, to keep us calm so we can achieve what we want.

How to start visualization: ( before you get out of bed is a great place, sitting in the office, even while on the toilet)
If it is a stressful situation: close your eyes and picture what the situation is, create “a outcome you want ” yes “ A OUTCOME YOU WANT” try hard, as hard as you can to create an outcome. Play this story everyday, every minute, until that outcome plays out in our lives.
If it is for love; picture what do “we” love about ourselves and picture ourselves in love. What does that look like to someone? Love attracts love.
The visualization technique will improve our daily lives, freeing us from more unnecessary stress the unknown creates. Our sub-conscious mind doesn't know if it happened or not, if its real or not. When we create an outcome, our thoughts relax and we can move in peace.
