WHAT'S HAPPENING IN GHANA? 🇬🇭

It's been a week since non-violent protestors were arrested (practically kidnapped) for having a peaceful protest to call for action against #galamsey. Illicit mining activities are poisoning our lands, water resources and even our foodstuff. It is not a crime to protest or speak up about an issue that is detrimental to all of us and no one should be arrested for speaking up. We must demand a release of the protestors and call for a stop to these mining activities. It is in all of our best interests. #freethecitizens #stopgalamseynow #endgalamsey
