Farman 222

The Farman F.220 and its derivatives were thick-sectioned, high-winged, four engined monoplanes from Farman Aviation Works. Based on the push-pull configuration proven by the F.211, design started in August 1925 and the first flight of the prototype was on May 26, 1932. 

The definitive F.222 variant was the biggest bomber to serve in France between the world wars. One variant was designed as an airliner.

Jules Verne, a variant of the Farman F. 220 of the French Naval Aviation, was the first Allied bomber to raid Berlin. On the night of 7 June 1940, it dropped eight bombs of 250 kg and eighty of 10 kg on the German capital.

Amiot 143M Despite being outdated by the time the Spanish Civil War rolled around, the Amiot 143M still managed to be somewhat-useful to the French Air Force. Since bomber production rates were incredibly low, the French had no choice but to utilize the aircraft. They were used for reconnaissance and leaflet dropping over Germany during the Phoney War, and they managed to be relatively good at night bombing German airfields. The Amiot 143M couldn't be used during the day because of its lack of armermant; the large plane had a grand total of four 7.5mm MAC 1934s. After the fall of France, they were used for troop transport by both the Axis (in extremely limited numbers) and the Allies. By 1944, the Amiot 143M was completely retired. It holds a special place in my heart because of its dorky look and suprisingly decent combat record.

Potez 540 was a French multi-role aircraft of the 1930s. Designed and built by Potez, it served with the French Air Force as a reconnaissance bomber, also serving with the Spanish Republican Air Force during the Spanish Civil War. Although obsolete as a bomber, it remained in service in support roles and in France's overseas colonies at the start of World War II.

Bloch MB.210 and MB.211 were the successors of the French Bloch MB.200 bomber developed by Société des Avions Marcel Bloch in the 1930s

The Bloch MB.210 BN5 five-seat night bomber was the most numerous French bomber at the start of the Second World War, although it was already in the process of being replaced by more modern aircraft, and had declined in importance by the start of the Battle of France in May 1940.

Amiot 340 was the last in a series of fast, twin-engine bombers which fought with the French Air Force in limited numbers during the Battle of France.
