Old Friends: 10 year old Balkan Sasieni in a Jean Lacroix carved, Pierre Cardin branded pipe. The Latakia in this is smooth as cream and this was one of the first estate pipes I bought. Probably carved in the late ‘70’s or early ‘80’s, there’s something really nice about old, French pipes. They smoke beautifully and the briar is always interesting, like on this modern looking, paneled billiard.
