Grinder is Sicilian Sandwich that was named for 'grinders,' Italian-American slang for dockworkers (who were often sanding and grinding rusty hulls to repaint them). They bake the Grinder Bread several times per day in house, all other places use commerical sourced bakeries. Each Grinder is Baked as you order it's outstanding. We've eaten a few hundred of the Club Grinder Sandwich OMG always faboulus. Love to order the Double Meat Grinders a pair only 20 bucks n change.
