This Easy Pico de Gallo Dip is a fresh and flavorful addition to any occasion. It's simple to make and pairs perfectly with crunchy tortilla chips.
Ingredients: 2 large tomatoes, diced. 1/2 red onion, finely chopped. 1 jalapeo, seeded and minced. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. 2 tablespoons lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Tortilla chips for serving.
Instructions: Diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, minced jalapeo, and chopped cilantro should all be put in a bowl together. To taste, add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Combine well. Put the dish in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the lid on to let the flavors mix. Put tortilla chips on top and serve cold.
