I think the moment I realised I was a lesbian was when me and a guy got drunk during Fresher’s week and he was trying to hit on me and I just wanted to watch Lord of the Rings

Soo, I just got into The University of Sheffield to study Physics and I was wondering if there were any Freshers. I would love to NOT wander around alone during intro week

I've come out a bit at uni

I think most of my close group in lgbtsoc know now. I dropped with them on Tuesday and talked about it with a couple of them. They’re really nice about it and I’m glad they know really.

A girl my flatmates know and who I’m now friends with too clocked me last night. Which is always a horrible feeling. She said it’s because she knows someone like me and she asked in a really nice way. But when I asked how she knew she mentioned something about me being feminine and that was pretty crushing. I’m really insecure about how feminine I am

But overall I’m glad I’ve got nice people who know

Uni..

:D Hi guys, just a quick update.. I've started fresher's week at uni and got a few freebies :D(I got a balloon which I kept using evilly XD(my poor dad lol) , a free ice cream XD (yes, really) a mackem language handbook lol (Mackem for those of you here who don't know is a term for people who come from Sunderland in the North east of England en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mackem@) (I'm from Sunderland so I know some of the stuff we mackems generally say but there were a lot of obscure examples in it that I hadn't even heard of^^; , a bag and other random stuff.. including a can of chocolate milk for some reason ^^; XD) I was really anxious about university and how Fresher's week would go having never attended one before and just being a very anxious and panicky person by nature ^^; but it's been okay...I was totally braindead after Monday though.. There was so much information to take in about University ^^;..and I thought I talked a lot..0.0...I know there will be two people at uni I at least know from the HND (who are really nice) so I feel a bit more relaxed now about it.. No doubt I will still probably worry though as I am just like that anyway ^^;..(Damn my over analytic brain ;w;..) The staff there seem really nice ,friendly and helpful (those who I've met anyway). I'll also be graduating soon from the HND very soon :3 ...

Anyway if I'm not as active online it's because I'm busy with university work (which I know will keep me busy the vast majority of the time) and other things.. or am too stressed to even think..^^;

lol I said this would be a quick update.. XD..well I suppose with me it never actually is..^^; God knows how the word count limitation will work with me when I'm at uni..^^;..XD..
