Is it okay to have nutridrinks when doing minnie maud? I'm also currently in the increase phase and was wondering how I should increase to 3000 if I've been on 2200 for two days now and I'm still quite bloated and full 24/7? :( Should I just jump in or increase gradually? You can have nutridrinks if you’d like! No reason not to have them, as long as you aren’t replacing meals. From 2200, you could actually just straight increase to 3000. From very low intakes, we recommend increasing by 200-300 calories every 2-3 day to avoid refeeding syndrome, but from 2000 calories and up, it’s okay just to increase. If you are having trouble doing so mentally and physically, then doing it gradually might be helpful, but not as slow. Try increasing by 100-200 a day, until you feel comfortable. You can do this easily by adding a handful of nuts, then a tablespoon of peanut butter, add a banana, use full fat milk, etc. Also, eat calorie dense foods that are already partially-processed, like chocolate and chips, pizza, etc, because it’s very easy to digest and will help with the bloating and fullness.
