Hungry Girl Burger!
Omg I was huuungry when I got home from the gym. I had pre mixed some turkey burgers ingredients up before I left and was excited to come home and make them. I got home and decided to get a little cray cray with the burger making. Added a fried egg and bacon and made some “fried” zucchini to go with it. Good thing I live alone and was eating in the privacy of my own home because I made a disaster scarfing down this burger. Egg running down my hand, avacado slices down my shirt. Shit show. My dog judged me. Then he cleaned up the pieces that fell on the floor.
Burger: I used ground turkey because it’s what I had. But ground beef also would be bomb.com.
1 package of ground turkey 1 green onion, chopped 1 zucchini shredded 2 garlic cloves pressed Seasoned with, pepper, salt, Cajun and Montreal steak seasoning.
Make burgers int patties and pan fry in coconut oil (or BBQ)
Top burger with whatever you like! I used, tomatoe, pickles, avocado, egg, bacon all wrapped in butter lettuce.
Fried zucchini:
One zucchini cut into wedges. Dredge in egg then a mixture of coconut flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika and chilli powder. I fried in coconut oil so each side was golden then put them in the oven for about 10 minutes. They weren’t perfect… But my main focus was the burger... And scarfing it down like a caveman.
