1. what is your favorite color to work with?

i tend to work with blacks and greyscale the most but my *favorite* has to be blues or greens! i just love the nuances green holds. not that i understand it-- jfdskld but i know it's there

11. warm or cool colors?

cool colors! which is ironic considering my more prominent ocs are warm-centric. i love sketching in dark muted blue and creating depth and shadow with cool colors *again not that i understand it but i appreciate it*

12. draw one of your characters in 15 seconds.

instead of 1 char in 15 seconds i did 3 chars (Ska, Exton, and Rieldan) in 1 minute cause i got in a squiggle roll jdfksl

2. who is your favorite character to draw?

hmm it’s a tie between Sen and Nalta! I like drawing Sen’s muscles and hair, but I adore doing figure study sketches with Nalta, they’re so flowy, I cleaned up a Nalta sketch just for this fjsjdj

3. what song(s) do you listen to when you do art?

instead of music I tend to listen to long form youtube videos like Bailey Sarian or Summoning Salt but if I really REALLY need to focus there’s only one thing I listen to:

7. do you prefer sketching, outlining, or coloring?

outlining! i stress too much over the initial sketch and i always get fatigued by coloring (because i feel like i have to shade and all that which i. hardly ever do djsjs). i tend to like the details i put in the outline unhidden by color, especially hair

25. where in your house do you usually do art?

i have a small ikea desk in my bedroom and i never move my laptop from it. i like my office chair and i can put my legs up on the table and i have the tablet in my lap. i tried switching to a more ergonomic *normal* pose with the tablet on the table but that SUCKED

If you could pick a window pane colour for a room in your place, what colour would it be?

Ooh, good question! Hmm, I think warmer colours would look the nicest through a window pane but we already get yellow light in morning/evenings. So I think I would go with like a rose pink to really add a nice cozy glow :)

Other fun options though would be green, to give a room a fun forest-y feel or blue if I wanted more of an underwater/beach theme going

Would you ever write...Madivh or Jacorek in the Shadowlands and/or Synric or Neia trying to figure out a way to contact their parents in the Shadowlands.

For those who don’t know who Madivh or Jacorek are, they were my first OG characters for World of Warcraft; before discord was a thing; before tumblr was a thing for me. You can find them @thefracturedmosaic under #insert name

Anywho! 

I think I would need a little bit more lore on what Shadowlands is bringing before I could give a strong yes or no. But if its possible for them to become physical begins again, yes, I would bring back Jacorek as a living breathing monster. But Madivh? Probably never more than a phantom that pops in and out. But it wouldn’t be Madivh that we know and love, but the scrambled up version who seems more or less confused by these memories that he doesn’t quite remember living them.

As for Synric and Neia, I think it sways to what lore is also brought up about the Shadowlands as well. But weighing their personalities, Synric will probably keep a good distance away from the Shadowlands, while Neia is, more or less, not interested in the whole ideal. What would she do there? Would be the question she be asking herself. Now, if a certain someone dragged her their or brought up a curious question that could only be answered within Shadowlands, yes, she would go. Otherwise, she is content in the safety of the city.

Synric urge to go would probably depend on if anyone needed his help. At the current moment, Synric is too scared and anxious about any type of magic that he has no desire to go anywhere but the safety of his own territory. No amount of questions or desires would get him to go, not even if whispers entered his mind that he could see his parents again if he went, even if they promised they were alive. Not even if the whispers said they could get rid of his curse if only he went. Probably have to knock him unconscious and dump his body there. Lmao!

I am a new member to tumblr, so I really have no idea of how everything works, well I do know that you can make and design/create your own style blog, is that correct?
