And there you have it... Gotta wonder what this means for those of us that do both intentionally (and don't even fully understand the concept of needing/wanting support)
I can't recommend this book enough. If you're anything like me, it will make you feel a lot of stuff... overwhelmingly uncomfortable feelings, much of the time. But then you remember that while friendship is science, it is also poetry.
