2. Today’s favourite is Santi because I have to go to work and being Santi when I go to work would just be so handy.
8. I used to with all of them, but I don’t any more. They’re all permanently retired from RP.
24. Rafe or Gabe. the Coelis boys are all unreasonably attractive, but Mike is a weiner and Ariel might kill me. Rafe and Gabe are nice, though. Sort of. They’re nice to girls.
40. Godvir is one big fond memory.
46. That I... treat my OCs badly? How does that even happen? They’re characters. Like... I write bad situations around them? Because of course I do that. Call OCPS and take them away. How does one treat a character badly?
49. Lavi. Lavi would enjoy memes. Poor Lavi; the Internet in Archelaus isn’t for recreational use.

1. My first OC ever was Calix. She’s vastly different now than she was back at conception. Then she was a pseudo-goth/pseudo-punk vampire with the personality of a wet potato mixed with a Desperate Housewife. But teen. She was a mess, man. Other characters stemming from that set are Miles (formerly Reagan), Ariel (formerly Brandy), and Pandora (formerly Caspian). None of them are even sort of recogniseable now. 5. Santi, because to do that I’d have to make the whole mess popular/known.18. Santi/Sophie (romantic). Gosh, they’re so dysfunctional even platonically. Sophie would lose her nuts at Santi romantically.23. Miles and Ariel used to be twin sisters named Reagan and Brandy. The general concept of their personalities was similar, with Miles/Reagan being the uptight but generally bland one and Ariel/Brandy being funloving and high-strung, but they were glamour-goth vampires (in the same clan as Calix and Pandora, who was their super stereotypical vampire queen) and, I cannot stress this enough, related to each other. However, also derived from Brandy and Reagan are two of Ariel’s brothers, Gabe and Rafe. They got most of the characteristics that Miles and Ariel didn’t keep when they morphed into guys. Not the glamour-goth thing. Or the vampirism. Those just got pitched. 31. Lavi would run a science and robotics blog. He’d probably have an obnoxious layout with thick lines and large, easy-to-read font so he can see what he’s doing. He’d probably troll on the side.43. I make terrible, irredeemable people who are also wonderful, loving people. I’m so good at antiheroes and sympathetic villains that I can’t keep straight who is which any more.My babies. <3

Oh, hey, someone actually did one of the things I reblogged~! Hmm, who to use? Let’s use Kiro! She’s the most… coherent. Reliable. Relatable. And Vincente. Because he’s cooler.16:When is your OCs favorite time of year?Kiro would like the fall best. The weather isn’t abhorrent like it is in summer, and spring gives her hay fever - you’d think that being an immortal abomination unto God and the Universe and physics as we know them would fix allergies, but no. Winter is too dreary, since all the plants go into hibernation. So Autumn.Vincente loves the springtime, but summer nights are just the best. Besides, in the city, there really isn’t any springtime. Just a sneezy wife.
40:What is the craziest thing your OC has done?Once she flipped to the end of a book of false logic puzzles to get the answer to one. Another time she gave the embodiment of trauma a handgun. Kiro, though, doesn’t often do crazy.Vincente rode a carnivorous elephant through a black market in the sewers once. Screwed up the santary system for half the city for about six months in doing so, but hey. C’est la vie.
41:What is your OCs motto about life?"Oh, God. Not this again.""If every joy isn't squeezed out of every second, then eternity is going to last an awful long time."
59:What is the first thing that someone would notice about your OC?If she hasn’t just said something mean to them, then probably nothing. There isn’t much noteworthy of Kiro and that is her strength. Her coworkers include a compulsively polite ice princess, a moral-free minipack of boobs and itchy trigger finger, the world’s most excessive man, two seven-year-olds, and a seven foot tall German zombie. Maybe her glasses. They aren’t common in her society; eye problems aren’t often dealt with, except by the FABULOUSLY wealthy. If they’re from before the big war, they might notice that she’s the widow of the nation’s deceased superstar athlete. If they’re in the military, they’re too busy saluting their faces off to notice anything else.Vincente, on the other hand, is pretty noteworthy. He is probably the guy that Atlas and Adonis look at pictures of before Shoulder Day. He is huge in every direction. Just… an absolute behemoth of a man, and his physical presence is totally dwarfed by his own voice. He can fill up a barn with no space for the cows.friendlycoffee
Merry Christmas (if you celebrate it). Regardless, have a great day!
Merry Christmas to you too!! :D
friendlycoffee replied to your post:Do you read any webcomics other than Unsounded?
You could try reading Prague Race. I really like that one
I was looking at that! It's just so hard to get into the swing of new comics.

We're going to do... Hmm... Let's do Kiro today. Kiro is interesting to me this morning, I think.Does your OC have any supernatural powers?Yes! Kiro and the each other soldier of the Impossible Army of Archelaus is one of three types of paradox generating beings. She exists somewhat outside of spacetime, and is therefore semi-invulnerable to things that happen in reality as we know it. paradox soldiers (called NEMOs in general) also do not age after a certain point, and it's thought that the age each hits freeze at might reflect the age they would have died otherwise. Most NEMOs freeze in early-middle adulthood, but there are some notable child soldiers and a handful of apparently elderly ones. What are some of your OCs weaknesses?Incineration, or being cut into pieces too small that no one fulfills the regeneration requirement. If someone other than herself kills her (or one of her ancestors) in her past or present, or if she kills herself in the future, she'll either die on the spot (past/present) or she'll die when she hits the point in time that she's already killed herself. There's also a rumour that if you can convince a Paradox Soldier that they do not exist, that they actually do disappear.Whats your OCs biggest secret? There are three types of NEMO:- The Paradox Soldiers, who are invulnerable and can regenerate.- The NEMOs, who have the ability to jump through time and space- The Abominations, who may or may not have the timeskipping ability, but do have other, often terrifying and powerful, abilities. Kiro is presumed to be a NEMO, since she can timeskip, but she is actually an Abomination, which no one except her, her partner, and her mentor - the original NEMO - knows. Other than her and her essentially-deceased partner, no one knows what her alternate ability is.Are your OCs parents dead?Yes! And this answer is the same for all the NEMOs, except the Coelis brothers.Part of the training to become a soldier in the Impossible Army is eradicating your roots. Initiation is usually going back to a few days and having the soldier kill the prior version of themselves. After that, increasingly younger versions are destroyed, along with pre-conception mother and father, the grandparents, and the great-s until the lineage is lost or it intersects with another NEMO's family tree. the further back the lineage is destroyed, the harder it is to end the NEMO by stopping the paradox. Superstition says that the more a NEMO destroys themselves and the more thoroughly they eradicate their roots, the more powerful they'll be.
40: What is the craziest thing your OC has done?I assume this means the "take your clothes off and do the worm" brand of crazy.Kiro is pretty reserved, but back when Vincente (her original partner and her husband) was still around, she got drunk one evening and walked, topless, to the Sidorov Palace (the Sidorovs are the ruling dictator and his nephew) and banged on what she thought was the door at three in the morning. She was going to demand a raise, but, luckily, she missed the door and solid marble doesn't really resonate, so no one heard her, except the Pope (a homeless civilian who owns the last surviving fragments of the Bible and has, therefore, declared himself to the Papacy), who was much too busy masturbating to really care what she had to say.
41: What is your OCs motto about life?"Deal with it"Kiro is not a warm woman, and she often subjected her students to some fair discomfort, usually accompanied with this phrase. However, deeper than that, after losing her partner and husband, she only briefly lapsed into utter depression (admittedly, it was about three or four years, but in a society where a well-known figure is well over 10,000 years old and the ruler has bee the same dude for the last 600 years of linear time, no one really notices three years, even during wartime) before Loren shook her out of it with a similar sentiment. Well, a similar sentiment and then nearly dying. Since Kiro had been mentally absent at work, Loren had been handling the workload for two, and even though Loren was really, really good at his job, he was finally overwhelmed by a job that was meant for two on-point soldiers. Kiro nearly got him killed (thought she had gotten him killed) on their 500th mission together and realised she'd been unfair, so she kind of went berserk with grief at losing two partners and levelled several city blocks worth of enemy territory, fulfilling her mission - though not in the exact manner anticipated - and making a clean getaway with enough of Loren that he could regenerate safely in Archelaus City.
