今日は彼が🧺を干して畳んでくれてテレビも譲ってくれた✨晩御飯も奢ってくれてゴミ出しもしてくれた👍

今日からペアストレッチで背中伸ばしをする約束🐻🌿寝る前に自分でもストレッチして首と肩の凝りをほぐしたり。鎮痛剤の薬を飲んだからか、耳なりが良くなった気がする✨
