You won't believe how good these sweet potato fries are. They're perfect for dessert or a sweet snack. When brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg are mixed together, they make every bite taste sweet and warm.
Ingredients: 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries. 2 tablespoons cornstarch. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Toss the sweet potato fries with cornstarch in a large bowl until they are well covered. Add the olive oil to the fries and toss them again to coat them. Put brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a different bowl and mix them together. Add the sugar mixture to the sweet potato fries and toss them around so that they are covered all over. Place fries in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flip the fries over every 25 to 30 minutes while they're baking until they are golden brown and crispy. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve.
