3. Is there a trope you wouldn’t touch with a ten foot pole?
8. Share a snippet from one of your favorite dialogue scenes you’ve written and explain why you’re proud of it.
answered here! (LMAO SORRY MILO)
14. What’s the worst writing advice you’ve ever come across?
I JUST THINK WHENEVER PEOPLE TRY TO BE LIKE “SAID IS DEAD,” like. definitely it’s good to vary your sentence structure to avoid repetitiveness but the aggressiveness of the phrasing of that advice and like, how it’s usually attached to a bunch of synonyms for said that CAN GET reaLLY AWKWARD
ALSO IN GENERAL JUST REALLY AGGRESSIVELY PHRASED ADVICE THAT”S LIKE ‘NEVER DO X” BC I JUST FEEL LIKE EVEN JUST sAYING “NEVER” TO ANY SMALL THING IS LIKE, REALLY RESTRICTING PPLS CREATIVITY AND mAKING THEM NEEDLESSLY INSECURE AND NOT LETTING THEM EXPLORE THEIR WRITING/STYLES/PREFERENCES
do what feels right in your heart everyone. listen to feedback, but keep in mind that rules are made to be broken. -sunglasses fall onto my face- catch you on the flipside
THANKS MILO THESE WERE REALLY FUN! also i just got to the episode where they’re in z..i?...a?...dash in CR and they met the funny NPC with four cool selves
