UP close: Delicate, frilly, feathered and sparkled.   Precious little things I discovered at Maggie Norris Couture studio.   Ruffled sleeves juxtaposed with tailored ‘suit-like’ looks and for women.    A feathered hat here, little lavender bag there, and a whole lot of luxury vintage details are infused into Maggie’s looks- custom tailored for a woman (or a man).
