Explanation for absence...

Hello Everyone. I know I have been gone a while so I though I should explain why. there are actually a couple reasons

1. Family

This past month my mom had a very big job opportunity. she is a real estate agent and had an gained two very wealthy clients recently. one family was trying to buy a house she showed them, but in order to do so they needed to sell their house by a deadline. Not to mention she had another pair of clients she had to help and could no just neglect them either. It was a lot to handle and is still going on even now. Because my dad is often to busy and my younger sibling was to busy with school I am the only one who can help her. It’s been a lot of hard work so i couldn’t let her do it alone. so I haven't had much time for drawing lately. Once it is all over and out lives get back to normal I will probably become more focused.

2. Lost Drawing tool.

For those of you who don’t know, my one and only device I use to create my art is My 3DS. recently I lost my last stylus. I had to use a replacement from an old system which did not work as well. Since they no longer make the retractable kind I needed I had to wait and order it online. I finally have plenty now.

3. Ropelplay event

for about 2 weeks I was part of a roleplay event for my lost souls and I was pretty preoccupied with that for a while.

4. Motivation.

I love my two blogs and have lots of good ideas and a decent story planned out...the only trouble is the actual motivation to draw. it’s hard to find the motivation to get it done. I usually do better when I get random bursts of inspiration or artistic urges but other then that it’s hard and slow going. especially when I am doing it all by myself and on two different blogs.

5. Miitopia

Miitopia recently came out and for a while I will most likely be on a 24-7 kick until I beat it. and there you have it. I am not dead and certainly not giving up. Once things cool down with mom’s job and once I complete Miitopia I should go back to Error Frisk and Frisk and Misc. I will try and post random art when i can too though. ALSO if you have any fan art to submit or Commissions to request now would be a great time. thank you!

Catie’s Commissions

I have decided to start doing commissions. I love to draw and need some extra cash so I thought this would be a fun way to earn some extra money and meet new people.  I am very new to this so I have made a simple chart to describe my pricing and options.

Rough sketch: the rough sketch is a very simplified version of a drawing. it is usually the concept and idea and can be done in either pencil or digitally. I can make it clean and detailed or more sketchy depending on how you would like it. Line Art: With the line art I will take the rough sketch and trace it in black (or another color) to make it stand out and pop. No color will be added and this is on white or black only. Full color: The final part of drawing is filling it with vibrant color. you can send me a color pallet or let me choose and work together to define what kind of colors you want. This takes longer and more time for me to make it perfect so it might take a bit longer.

Background: I love making background but it has also been quite a challenge.  for background of just a plain color or no color at all I charge nothing. If you want a more detailed but not too fancy background I can make a simple pattern background for you to make it stand out a bit but keep the focus on your character. And finally detailed background. These takes a lot of time an effort while also paying attention to the actual character, as long as its not very complex I can probably manage!

Although I cropped the top images to show a point, I draw the characters in that size and keep it that way. If you got a full body image but wanted to crop it down, the price would still be $20 because that is what I drew. If you wanted more then one character together it would cost you 10 for the extra character of the same general size. If you wanted a smaller character though that is smaller then the character I drew the price is only $5.  We can discuss pricing if you wanted to add another character that does not fit these rules and work it out.

MY LIMITS this is very important! I will not draw for you any of the following things, so if you want something on this list please have someone else draw it for you. 1. No Fetishes/ Sexual acts/ Nudity I do not feel comfortable drawing such acts and will refuse if you ask me too. Things couples do such as kissing, hugging and things like that are completely fine, and anything between an adult and a child character will be platonic. no exceptions. Fetishes such as inflation fetishes, overweight fetishes, foot fetishes or anything of the like is a no-no for me. However, things like nekos, furries and peril and safe kinds of attractions are fine as long as it is discussed and mutually agreed upon.. 2. Hateful art of any kind. If you want me to draw anything discriminatory, defamatory or outright hateful you are looking for the wrong person. I will not risk my moral integrity and beliefs to allow my art to become a tool for hatred and ignorance. 3. Extreme Gore or Violence I am not a fan of violence or gore and will not be drawing it. There is enough of that in the real world already. I will however draw blood spatters, cuts and bruises and injuries as long as it is not too graphic. merely implications of such. 4. Cars or Transformers the main reason for this is because I can’t draw cars...trust me..I suck at it. 5. A stolen character or Idea If you want me to draw fan art of a show or a drawing for a friend that’s fine. but I will not plagiarize or steal someone else’s work. Pricing is totaled based on the prices above and what you want. For example here is my Icon.
