is your keith a trans woman? i love that! I’ve never seen that headcanon for keith before, is it explored in your fic?(been on my tbr list for weeks there’s just too many good fics out there)
SPOILERS FOR SYNCHRONICITY (the choices we made that day)
ONE of my Keith's is a genderfluid transwoman. It is explored heavily in my fics Cynefin (The Bonds That Divide Us) and Nepenthe (The Truth And Lies In Us) and hinted to in my debute novel, Frisson (The Ties That Bind Us). The dark-red haired Keith in the upper left of my comp is a different Keith, but the ginger one is featured most prominently in my work under the title Synchronicityseries.
In Synchroncity, we explore the truths about our characters as well as the lies they tell eachother and themselves through a mystery of murder, mayhem and zombies, and alongside Keith's exploration into gender, seen both from an inner and outer point of view, we also explore an organically forming triad relationship between Keith, Nick and Ellis.
Keith is currently in my canon about halfway out of the closet. He's not ready to give up on he/him pronouns or being referred to in the masculine sense, but he's getting a boost from some of the other gender-nonconforming members of the cast, such as a fully transitioned transwoman named Cassie that both Ellis and Nick have also dated and from Nick's nonbinary child in my canon, a seventeen year old they/them that Keith advocates for with ferocity, leading Shane to advocate back for Keith.
If you see me referring to my Keith as he/him, that's his current preference. I hope one day Keith can fully embrace herself as Kaye. We will have to see in the writing.

Other Keith's I have include the angry Peurto Rican linebacker seen in the top corner from Dance With The Devil (unposted), a grizzled, wheel-chair using veteran Keith from Welcome To The Neighborhood (hiatus) and a look alike version of this Keith in The Sweetest Facade that is just the opposite person, more of a rough and tumble lanky southern best friend of Ellis.
