#InsightsHDX @UNOCHA_EA The frog team wrapped three weeks of research today, interviewing humanitarian partners in New York, Colombia, and Kenya. Following synthesis of the field work, the frogs will partner with OCHA’s development team in an agile process to design core features, functionality, and experiences for the HDX platform. #frogImpact

When scraping data from social media, analytics can attribute patterns of behavior (such as hate speech) to individuals. This raises an ethical question around where data visualization should be applied and which audiences are appropriate consumers. #frogImpact

#InsightsHDX The team arrived in Pasto, Colombia yesterday to meet with OCHA’s field office, the International Committee of the Red Cross, and the Victim’s Unit of the Govt.
