Murder, magic, mystery, magpies. By far one of my favorite books I've ever read. It's dark and kinky and creepy and I love everything about it. Stephen Day is one of my fave characters ever with Lucien and Merrick not far behind.

My review:
This is a short book that took me a while to get through. The battle between the shared trauma of the past and the current trauma of the individual. Impossible choices. Hope and fear and love and loss. It's...a lot. But SO good.

My review:
Gods, this book is gorgeous. It's so easy to just lose yourself in the world. Yadriel, Julian, and Maritza are amazingly real characters and I felt their emotions as my own. HIGHLY recommend.

My review:
The 1st C&R book that splits time between the now two main couples. Considering the second couple annoys me, this isn't my favorite book but the Ty Zane moments are wonderful. They've worked hard to get where they are and deserve their happiness

Listen, sometimes I'm a bit slow on the uptake. It took me about half the book to realize what the title meant something. And then the other half hoping they could overcome it. I love Ace and Rory so much and am cheering for their love.
