That anon headcannon reminded me of something, Thor has a mind blank when trying to recite poetry to Steve and can't remember what Swans are called so he just says "You have the neck of a large honking water fowl" and Steve just starts laughing and gives him a kiss.

At this point I bet Steve knows Thor likes to troll ppl about his English and the Midgardian customs. So he just smiles and kisses Thor. :)
