Australia-"A FISHERMAN has been attacked by a crocodile which jumped out of the water and latched on to his shoulder."

"The man, in his early 60s, had to poke the saltie in the eyes to get the creature to let go. It was one of possibly three crocodile attacks on fishos in the Top End over the Easter long weekend."

"The shocking attack happened at Adelaide River while the man and his mate were out fishing in a tinny. It was late at night and the man's friend was asleep in the back of the tinny when the crocodile jumped from the water."

"During the struggle the man's hand was badly mauled."

The shark was later interviewed  by Baxter King and was quoted as saying, "Bloody hell, that old codger poked me in the eye. I was JUST JOKING! I wasn't really going to eat his shoulder. Who eats shoulder anyway? Bugger off fake reporter man!"

By the way that photograph is REAL! It's just not related to the story above. It's from a 2007 news story from Taiwan.  A zookeeper tried and apparently failed to remove a tranquilizer dart from the crocs back. Thankfully the arm was later reattached.
