Staying on guard_Closed Rp_005
It had been a few days, weeks even till Tabitha had gone out to go on any missions that'd revolve on him finding clues on awakening the primal. It felt as if he'd spend hours on end figuring out if any particular artifacts was relevant, and linked towards the legendary. He recalled seeing a stone back at lilycove, one in the museum. At the time, the admin felt as if this piece of stone was something that could help on their investigation. Maybe he was sleep deprived, worn out, and tired; making him jump into conclusions. But after him and the other administrator for team magma, Courtney, went back to get further details on the fossil, it turned out it had nothing to do with the pokemon. Instead, it was minor bones dug up from an old pokemon, one that surprisingly could still be found during this time period. The thought of going back, wasting time, why it surely got on the admin's nerves. He could of been out, looking for more clues. But instead, he suggested, insisted even that this thing was the key; the artifact Team Magma's been searching for what seemed like decades. The male stayed leaned back in a chair, one that was positioned within the headquarters. He stayed in his work space, scanning over the papers that scattered among his desk. All the sheets were paperwork that had yet to be filled out. Ones that insisted on getting more information on his previous missions. Scanning over the papers, he equaled out that all he needed to fill out was about two more, then, later tonight, could finish the rest of them. That way, tomorrow would become a day where he could lean back and relax. But in all honesty, today was rather a lazy day compared to the usual. Most of the time, the male would be seen out and about, commanding grunts; and being the one in charge of all the search teams they'd send out. The male kept his gaze pointed ahead, giving one quick glance down at his own image. It was frustrating. You'd think from all the running around he did, he'd loose a few pounds. Tabitha bit the bottom of his lip, clicking the end of a pen to relieve his own nerves, deciding to not to dwell on the fact. There was much more important things that had to get done. As he began to scribble font all over the papers, something caught the corner of his eyes. Glancing up, the male noticed a wall clock, one that showed it had just became mid afternoon. It took him a minute, but something clicked. There was a person who'd rang in sick, and on short notice, not giving any members time to find someone to fill in their shift. Luckily, Tabitha decided to volunteer. His day was slow, and he knew this before it began, and taking the shift would give him something to do. Though because it was in such short notice, the fact it'self must of slipped his mind. The male dropped everything he was doing immediately after remembering, pushed the chair he sat on out of his way, then bolted out of the room, going straight down the corridors. For this task, he was supposed to keep an eye out for any wanderers, making sure no one would get into the base. The mission felt like a job meant for a grunt, though the magma didn't complain. Guarding the base was simple, and lacked any activity. If someone did come, they'd usually run after a treat of an battle were to take place. But more people seemed to of flood in after word had gotten out about the team. He stepped out of the base, keeping his hands to his side. Team Magma was something to be praised! Expanding land just felt right. Tabitha looked around his shoulder, making sure to keep a far distance away from the hideout, but close enough where it was still able to be seen with the naked eye.
