Regrann from @dangerousnegro #regrann There is a pipeline by the Amerikkkan government for black people, specifically Black males, from birth to prison. 13th amendment basically says that once imprisoned you belong to the state, meaning, a slave to the government. Once a slave, they can use you however they wish: beatings, poor conditions, free labor; there is nothing you can do about it. It also helps to break the Black family and disrupt the community.
