proud of myself. 😊 i had the choice of bringing up past hurts today. i had the choice of agreeing with someone saying hurtful things about a person who hurt me. i made the choice to not bring up my past hurts, nor did i agree with the hurtful words being said. i offered my help to mend their bridge, while knowing full well that the bridge i once had is now irreparable. whether or not my help is taken, i have no reason to move forward with any old anger or guilty feelings. i am allowing myself to continue moving forward with my healing and recovery, i will never let anyone interfere with that. #healing #recovery #angermanagement #oldhurt #angry #anger #life #me #fromseatoouterspace #proud #proudofmyself #happy #celebrate #choices
