Heavy front squats. Finished those and ended by alternating single leg squats with 80lb kettlebell clean and press. Feeling strong and getting after it. #cleanandpress #frontsquats #frontsquatssuck Working on my absolute strength. Strongfirst level 1 test gets easier as absolute strength increases.
