Oh, and Half Moon Run. Saw them support Mumford & Sons and they’re really good.

Tom Odell is worth looking up! He’s not folky in the sense of Mumford but still v good

Also, I really LOVE Half Moon Run!

Rule 2: Answer the questions the person that tagged you has written and write eleven new ones.
Rule 3: Tag eleven people and link them to your post.
Rule 4: Let them know you’ve tagged them.
Questions:
1. If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
I love Ireland and Scotland so I would love to travel there.
2. Who is your favourite fictional character (from anything at all) and why?
That's a relly tough one because I love more fictional characters than real human beings and I have few favourite fictional characters... But I choose Chandler Bing from Friends because I am like him: awkward, sarcastic, I have no idea what I want to do with my life and I'm scared of ending up alone.
3. What are you excited for in the next year?
I hope to find my place in London - to find decent job and start a nice life here.
4. What is the best gift you’ve ever received?
I don't remember one particular thing but I always happy when someone gives me music albums or books :)
5. Do you have a guilty pleasure? What is it?
Listening to pop music i.e. Jennifer Lopez, Miley Cyrus, Mariah Carey or Westlife and watching chick-flick movies with J.Lo.
6. What/ where is your favourite place in your home town or where you live?
I never really liked my home town because it's small non-important city somewhere in Poland. But I like few places in city where I studied like tiny cafe called Bellmer Cafe which was a meeting place for me and my friends.
I London I still don't have my favourite place - I don't live here long enough. But if I had to choose, I very like atmosphere of West End.
7. Describe how your perfect day would go.
Just laying in bed with good book and cap of coffee or tea in my hand :)
8. What is your favourite beauty or make-up item? (Lads, replace this with your favourite scent?)
I never wore too much make up, just fundation, powder and mascara. But I'm a fan of Colossal Volum' Express Waterproof mascara by Maybelline.
9. If you served as president or prime-minister of where you live for a whole term, what would you do or change?
There's always something to do with cruelty to animals so I could focus on that.
10. Recommend a book for me to read.
Only one? That is impossible.
Everything is Illuminated and Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close by Jonathan Safran Foer; The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath, Running With Scissors by Augusten Burroughs and anything by Oscar Wilde, Virginia Woolf or John Steinbeck.
11. Which drink do you order at a bar or restaurant?
Beer or something with cranberry juice.
My questions:
1. What was the last thing to make you laugh til your sides hurt?
2. Congratulations, you have a dream date with your celebrity crush. What happens?
3. What’s the most bad-ass thing you’ve ever done?
4. Things you do but should stop.
5. If you can live in one book, which book would it be?
6. What superpower would you like to have and why?
7. What is the top thing on your bucket list?
8. If you had a chance, would you change something in your past? If yes, what it would be?
9.Can you speak any other languages?
10. Question to Whovians or to people who knows about Doctor Who ;) If you could take a trip with the Doctor in time and space, where would you go?
11.What are five things you can’t live without?

aww Snow Patrol at Christmas seems fab, shame you can’t go :( I bet Alicia Keys is great live, I listened to her first album soo much when it came out. I tried to get tickets for Mumford&Sons but they were sold out in about 2 hours -.-
Tell me about it, it'd be the perfect Christmas present. Oh well. I only really know her singles, but I do like them all, and damn, can she play a piano. You know, I think Mumford & Sons totally passed me by. It's the most stressful thing in the world trying to buy tickets.
frosch0607 replied to your post: selfishjean replied to your post: Set my alarm...
With the mess that was the ticket sale for SP, I honestly think we were luckier not being able to go in the first place. So many disappointed fans :((
I heard about the pre-sale and all the ticket touts on eBay charging ridiculous prices. So crap, especially as it's for charity *fume*. I know they put on a matinee too, so I hope that ensured some more real fans got the chance to get tickets.
