do you have plans to create a mobile app for pillowfort? I (and I'm sure a lot of other people) tend to use mobile more than anything so having a blogging platform with a functional mobile app would be amazing.
Yes, we’ve gotten a lot of inquiries about a mobile app and we certainly plan to develop one in the future, though the timeline for it (as is the case for what we can develop in general!) depends on how much we make in the Kickstarter, as that determines how many work hours we can pay our developers for in the near future.
Will pillowfort have the ability to change url/username at will like tumblr and twitter or it be more like other websites where your username is more static and more difficult to change? Relatedly, will there be a way to set display names vs username/url, and will there be a function to keep people from hoarding urls like on tumblr?
You can change your username at will, yes. Currently your username and display name are one and the same, as on Tumblr.
