Although anticipating that he would be kept in the castle during his visit to Wales, Aglovale has again left him to his own devices-- perhaps because he had his own matters to attend to. Especially after the recent dilemma with Siegfried, Percival’s fairly certain that his brother had taken to investigating more about that. To think that the man behind it all was the previous captain of the Order of the Black Dragons... that makes Percival curious about brushing up on his own understanding of Feendrache’s history. Just to refresh it in his head, or maybe even bother Siegfried to tell him about it the next time he sees him.
For now, however, Percival had thought to check up on the market place again. Last time he was here to see his brother, Wales’s economy was... blooming, which is just a testament to how incredible his brother is. He tried to dress down as much as possible, not wanting to alarm anyone of his presence.
... However, he was alarmed of a certain blond’s presence investigating the same crafts stand as he was. Particularly looking at the glass statues of small animals.
