For me let it go is basically about letting go (pun not intending) of the importance you put on others opinions and being yourself. Its about disregarding your fear and step outside the box. BUT Show yourself is about searching inside you and learning HOW to be yourself, how to really make that step out of the box society put you in, after being there for so long.
