Ingredients: 1 box of vanilla cake mix. 3 large eggs. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 1 cup water. Blue food coloring. White frosting. Blue decorating gel. Snowflake-shaped sprinkles. Frozen-themed cupcake toppers.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners. In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until well combined. Add a few drops of blue food coloring to the cake batter and stir until you achieve the desired shade of blue, resembling Frozen's icy theme. Pour the blue cake batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
