T- Time you woke up?: 10am. I don't have classes today so I wanted to sleep longer but my body has gotten used to waking up early :(

M - Milkshake flavour?: vanilla usually though sometimes I'll get strawberry or cookie dough

I - Icecream flavour?: COOKIE DOOOOOOOOOOOUGH. It's the greatest. Second and third are vanilla and cheesecake!!

How was Book of Murder? YOU'RE SO LUCKY YOU GOT TO SEE IT :(

Yeah, I'm really happy to be living in Japan right now. <3

Book of Murder was pretty good! The plot was faithful to the manga storyline, and I didn’t notice anything new or vastly different. Of course, they had to cut some things for time, but all the important scenes were there. It just made the pacing seem a little rushed.

I like Arthur Wordsmith, so I would have liked to see more from his point of view, but they showed Sebastian’s cascade of cats, Ran Mao modeling the hat from Ciel’s pink dress, Ciel beating the crap out of Sebastian’s “lifeless” corpse, and Sebastian and Ciel do speak (heavily-accented) French. Part one ends with Jeremy’s appearance, and the studio withheld his voice actor from the credits for obvious reasons.

I'm also pretty sure they also cut Grey's dialogue explaining that he has a long chain for transporting prisoners in his carriage, so the handcuffs just...randomly appeared and left me with a slew of unhealthy questions. I might have missed it though, so I'll double check if I see it again later this week.

Overall the animation wasn’t quite as nice as Book of Circus, and there wasn’t much in the way of an opening—just BAM! Double Charles invasion! I hope if or when they decide to do the Campania arc they give it the full anime treatment. (Zombies and bad-ass Lizzy, man.)

I’ll try to scan the pamphlet for you guys.
