Since I am a dumb Hetalian who has no sense of humour. Back in January when I was animating Ghost meme I happened to discover a new at the time brush since I hadn't really looked into what the new brushes were.

Behold, Iggy Frozenshade.

Yes if I'm ever gonna draw Iggy imma use that brush for his eyebrows and you can't stop me :>

Frozenshade redesign!

For some time I've been thinking of giving several characters in the series some new touches to the designs they've had for literal years.

Today, I finally decided to go for it starting with the big bad himself, Frozenshade.

Frozenshade is pretty much the big villain pulling the strings for a good chunk of the series, until reveals change that dynamic with him.

His design, for me, has been iconic with being so simple yet so recognizable. And though that simplicity with his design has been great, not all appearances need to be cool and complex, I couldn't help but feel like something still was starting to feel a bit lacking with him. Like he deserves more, considering his importance.

So, BEHOLD, the redesign!

With the simple gray markings, besides the face (which for him would be the most important in his design), he bears more of a resemblance with his father Birchstar, thought still looks distinct from him. At least they look a little more related now, considering how important their relation is.

Should not forget that it is intentional all my designs remain animation friendly, for my own sake.

HEARTS. IN. MY. EYES! 

I forgot how many feels this show makes me feel! JULIAN FELLOWES DON'T FUCK THIS UP PLEASE. MARY/MATTHEW/HAPPINESS OTP OF MY LIFE. (with a side of Mary/Anna as BFFOTP because omg how adorbs are those two) 

I will suck up every bit of this show's melodrama and love it tbh. (Although...ouija board...Lavinia breaking through the veil of death to give her blessing is right up there with Matthew's suddenly healed penis lbr)

BUT REMEMBER WHEN MARY TOLD MATTHEW ABOUT PAMUK AND HE WAS LIKE NBD BOO ;____;  

and their faces omg Michelle Dockery should win some award for her visage I s2g. Best part of the show not even gonna lie.
