What baffles me most about this whole situation is that they already have Alex and Maggie. If this were a super straight show like, you know, Supernatural, where even the IDEA that ANYTHING might EVER be gay is ridiculous, then I'd at least understand. But when there's a major gay character on your show, how can you mock someone for thinking there might be more?? That's just bullshit

This was inspired by a compilation of Sean Bean death scenes on Youtube. In this AU Alec Alec discovers his immortality after unexpectedly waking up after having his throat cut some time in the late 16-hundreds. I have a few stupid deaths written out and an (at least I think so) hilarious scene were Olivia Mansfield shoots him in the face to confirm her theory that he indeed comes back from the dead. Why he does this is irrelevant, but everyone thinks James is the one who is immortal (which he isn't. Or is he?)

Anyway, after looking through the document I'd actually like to do some restructuring because I still like the idea, but I won't write 20k for this AU.

Also: Izzy meets another Selkie to finally learn about his own culture. It's Buttons. Izzy may or may not be right that Buttons got kicked out of polite selkie society for being a fucking weirdo.

Late answer, but I actually had to think about this one:

I have this Hannibal fic that will probably never get finished because it is fucking cursed. I started it for a Big Bang several years ago (the file was created in August 2018) and never got very far but the idea also won't leave me alone, so:

It's a bit of a Pushing Daisies AU but also not really.

In this AU Will never joined the FBI after he stopped being a cop and started a pie and cake business instead where he makes delicious pies and extremely elaborate cakes. Because this is kind of a Pushing Daisies AU he can also briefly reanimate corpses so they can tell him who killed them but that is irrelevant in his day to day life. He has his weird little shop out in Wolf Trap and lives near by with his big pack of dogs. He also kills people in his free time and makes elaborate murder tableaus but everyone needs a hobby.

Jack tries to get Will to work for him again and again but because he can't tell anyone else at the FBI that he wants to hire a necromancer to solve murders he can't put as much pressure on Will.

One day, after his first proper vacation in ages, Will comes back into his shop to find a swarm of bees has gotten into his kitchen in his absence. You don't want that in your bakery. Can't be very hygienic.

Enter Hannibal, retired surgeon and beekeeper (his business is names Hive-Mind). Will got his card because they met at a food fair a while back and Will is too antisocial and never called Hannibal back but whatever because BEES IN THE KITCHEN. Hannibal - who is still a cannibal - collects the swarm of bees, flirts some more.

Hannibal re-creates one of Will's crime-scenes. They give each other food.

Will makes a big, elaborate divorce-cake for one of Hannibal's rich friends.

Will puts a bee watering station on his restaurant patio and Hannibal uses his victim's corpses as fertilizer for the flowers he grows for his bees.

Will lets him put a few beehives on his property.

There are bee-themed cupcakes and everything is bee-themed.

Will is vegetarian and is it cannibalism if the flowers the honey came from grow on corpses?

I don't know, they are both nerdy, food fixated serial killers? And bees?

Sorry this is late, but about the adverbials- qaDHom: I found most of my mistakes by now, but I still have a problem with time. There's the rIntaH in the first sentence (Why is that there? Instead of a suffix?) And the 5,6,7th sentence where I put a -pu' or -ta' but you didn't. And last but not least the second to last sentence I translated with qaSpu' nuq jay' and I don't understand why it is -taH. ...

Well, it isn’t a mistake to use -pu’ or -ta’ into a sentence. Klingon is still neutral with respect to time, and adding the suffixes to the sentences is not incorrect, so you don’t have to worry about that.

As for qaSpu’ vs. qaStaH, I’m going to let you have the benefit of the doubt. I’m changing that answer to -pu’ as the better choice this time.
