🤒🩺 BOTH!!
🤒 The Lunar Eclipse and Flu Season Working in Tandem against Theo Raeken - its a sick fic
Liam looked down at Theo's arm before turning back to his face. “I am not cuddling you.”
Theo pouted, lower lip sticking out comically. It would almost be cute if there wasn't snot running down his face. Gross. He was not going to cuddle him; he'd already stooped low enough to rub his hands all over his grimy chest. His gross sick lungs were right behind there. Liam was not doing it. It was unsanitary, it was gross, and he was not getting sick. He hated being sick, he hated every part of it: the full body aches, the way your nose got raw from blowing it, and it was boring. Yet Theo wasn't letting go of him anytime soon. So, he was at an impasse. He could just sit here on the edge of Theo's bed, truly only being held up by Theo's arm at this point. He could force Theo to let go of him, he was stronger than him on a regular day, it wouldn't be that hard to pry his arm off. He didn't do either of those things.
“Did you know you're so cute when you're grumpy. Mr. Grumpy thinks he's grumpy but he's actually just cute,” Theo rattled.
Liam couldn't help but smile at his nonsense. He was kind of sweet like this. Gross, still. Definitely still gross. But a sweet gross, like an ugly dog.
Liam grumbled under his breath. “Fine, but you have to let go of me so I can move.”
🩺Doctors and Their Influence on Young Boys: A Case Study
“You haven't said you love me in seventeen hours. The longest you've gone before is twelve hours. You were sleeping for eleven of those.”
Liam pinched his lips between his teeth, holding back a grin. Why was he smiling? Oh God, this was all just an elaborate ploy to get back at him. He was doing what Theo did to them. He should've known better. He should've-
“Sweetheart, get out of your head,” Liam cupped his cheek, stroking his cheekbone. He couldn't help but lean into it. “I love you.”
Theo immediately relaxed. It had been fifteen seconds since Liam told him he loved him. Liam slowly leaned in, giving Theo ample time to move away. He didn't, Liam's lips pressing against his own. He went over what he knew. He could smell Liam's chemosignals. They smelled like love. Liam's heart didn't stutter. Liam was a bad liar. He kissed Liam back, Liam's gentleness conflicting with his desperation.
Liam pulled back, grinning at him, “I love you. I am so in love with you. I have never been crazier about anyone in my life. I'm so in love with you. Love love love love, that's the only thing on my brain. ‘I love Theo. My, do I love Theo. Theo Theo Theo.’”
Liam cut himself off, grinning hugely at Theo's unimpressed glare. Or, that's what it was supposed to be. He could feel the smile creeping onto his face and the softness in his eyes. Liam was swiping his thumb back and forth across his lips, creating a tingling that was making it very hard for him to find a response.
“Did I mention, I love you?” he said, voice softer this time, eyes hooded.

Kingdon babyfic + JOY
Surprisingly I don't have joy in that fic (yet) but here have a lil snippy
When Langdon and Abby officially got divorced Mel had been secretly over the moon. She felt like a horrible person for that, or at least she would have if it didn’t look like a giant weight had just been lifted from Langdon’s shoulders. She’d asked him about it once, how things with Abby were and surprisingly Langdon had said they were better than ever. It made sense, better to be friendly coparents than bitterly married. But Mel hated the way it gave her hope. She knew that she wasn’t the kind of girl that Langdon would go for.

(for the wip guessing game:) WARM
ehehehhehehehe
now i don't exactly have "warm", but i do have warmth
from one of the far-along chapters of come back down to my knees [my 6b fixit fic]:
They started walking the other way, Theo suddenly acutely aware of Liam's warmth and his heartbeat beginning to kick up. He looked at Corey, who seemed to notice it, too. He'll wake up anytime now, and they'll have to make sure that Brett isn't anywhere close to his eyeline.
There is something utterly therapeutic about preparing an all new spread for the upcoming week. Happy Sunday, everyone!

Librarian!Mel/Divorced!Langdon + TURN
I don't have turn but i have reTURNing so im counting it :3
Over the next few months Langdon and his kids came by frequently. They became regulars and Mel was always happy to help them. They checked out books at a rapid rate and were always, always on time with bringing them back. It made Mel proud, both that they were so good about returning their books— not all families were— but also that they read so much. Reading was so important and she was glad that Tanner and Emily were getting a good education.

mistynat - reunion sex
Misty perked up. “I’m a nurse at a nursing home! You know I just really like helping people and nursing homes are so understaffed, they need good people.”
“And is that what you are? Good people?” Natalie asked softly, staring at her so intensely it made Misty want to tremble.
“W-well, yes. I’ve always been a good person,” She nodded her head, affirming it to herself.
“Have you?” Nat said, looking at her with a disbelieving look.

🧛 vampire!jennifer/human!needy
“Woah, slow down, those have to last you for a little while,” Needy protested, frowning when Jennifer gave her a bloody pout. “Don’t pout at me, people at work are getting suspicious and we’re dangerously low on blood. I have patients to think about.”
Jennifer rolled her eyes. “Ugh, boring. What about me? I need blood too.”
Needy sighed, used to this argument. “I know you do and I’m not saying this is permanent, okay? Just give it a little while for things to die down. We’re having a blood drive in a few weeks that should give us a fresh supply, the sign ups are promising.”
Jennifer sighed unhappily. “Fine, but if I starve to death it’s your fault.”
“Actually it’s your fault,” Needy snapped back, her long day and current headache making her grumpy. “You’re the one who followed a random band into the forest and got turned into a vampire.”
“They were hot!” Jennifer protested. “What was I supposed to do, say no?”
