I know these are called wafers, but I grew up calling them "fru frus." In Italian they are affectionately know by this diminutive nickname. I tried looking up why, but can't get a solid answer. 🤷 Every so often I get a craving for them as a treat. I used to love dipping them in warm milk as a kid, or coffee as an adult. The other night I was craving something sweet after dinner, which is rare for me as we all know I love #salty over #sweet. We went for a walk and found these #frufrus on sale at the grocery store. These are #strawberry flavour. I also got #darkchocolate. They hit the spot!
