This may not look like victory... but it’s the culmination of almost two hours of trying to figure out what to make for breakfast. Between appliances that I am totally unaccustomed to, our rental apartment having no salt, sugar, or pepper on hand, and me not remembering that I probably need some kind of oil to make pancakes and eggs, I finally have found a solution! I managed to look up the instruction manual for this microwave/oven, and figured out how to cook up these mini tarts. (Of course, they were purchased with the intent of being made for dinner, but at this point I’m too hungry to be picky.) Thank you, Bosch, for having your manuals online and making them super easy to access!!
