So it's finally the end. Listen man, I've been in some pretty dark pits in this life, and if I didn't find Furuba when I did, I don't know where I would have been. I know, I know all the strength we will ever need is inside us all along, but you need that push to go looking for it, and for me, that was Fruits Basket. The person you all see today, she is who she is, because she decided to not end it all and give herself her a chance because of this manga/anime. My girl, Tohru, with her 'relentless optmisism' as unrealistic it is, like every other anime protagonist, it is also miraculously possible, everyday, and we, all of us, we're the living embodiment of these miracles. Thank you, Tohru. For everything. Thank you, the Sohmas for teaching me to find and if not make a silver lining for myself. The list could go on, but some things I'll just keep to myself.

Dear Takaya-Sensei,

You changed my life, for the better. You made such a huge impact on all of us that will be very hard to erase even if we wanted to. I'm grateful for your existence and your experiences or else I don't think we would have ever gotten something so amazing. Thank you for giving something so precious and personal to us.
