Consciousness was becoming more of a struggle with each passing hour. Every shallow breath he took would stretch the agony even deeper into his abdomen.

He pressed a heavy hand against the clotting wound in his side. Blood drying into the leather of his belt. The snowfall was beginning to get heavier, leaving the unmoving Goliath almost masked under a blanket of freshly fallen powder.

The only real indicator he was not part of the rock face he rested against was the heavy plume of breath that escaped him into the frosted morning air.

kangaroos do walk! When they walk they move pentapedally, using their tail as a fifth limb as they move their back legs forward [because yea on land they cant move them separately] and they walk with their forelimbs. They are also plantigrade when they do this, like us. They arent truly digitigrade. iirc there was talk of an extinct kangaroo relative that could walk normally but i barely remember so dont take my word on it

i just see no reason a khajiit wouldnt be able to walk digitigrade. argonians would be weirder for the opposite reason they were saying: they have large tails and now are unbalanced and would fall backwards. this is true of plantigrade argonians too
