So in your honest opinion, what is Javi and Yuzu’s relationship? Friendship but friends and secret lovers?

As much as I enjoy the idea of Javi and Yuzu being best friends/soul mates/lovers, I honestly don’t believe they are more than friends. And even their friendship is not the traditional sense in that they spend a lot of off-ice time together. But I do sincerely believe they are a special existence to the other, their rivalry and rink mates relationship is something wholly unique to their situation and them. As we’ve seen before, it is very difficult for athletes of their caliber to amicably spend so many years training together without resentment and it speaks extremely well of both of their characters that they are able to fondly look back on those years and be appreciative of how much the other has pushed them to perform their best. Pyeongchang truly was a dream competition for them, and the perfect conclusion of their journeys. I like to imagine that they still keep in touch even though they no longer train together but even if they don’t, that does not devalue the relationship they have had.

Okay so japanese sources are reporting that russian sources are reporting that the russian team will be stripped of its gold medals by the CAS verdict and while I hope we can soon finally put this matter to rest in a satisfying manner where the fuck are they getting these infos on the decision isn't supposed to be taken until february????

hello! i would like to ask how you asked all those fansites if they allowed editing? i noticed that there's a growing number of fansites so i just wanted to ask some if i could gif their videos or edit their pictures. thank you so much! (your list has saved me multiple times)

you’re welcome! i asked almost all of them via twitter pm, a couple by email (usually found on their websites) if i couldn’t contact via pm, and a couple on instagram. my korean leaves…..a lot to be desired so i had help from friends with composing messages and interpreting some of the responses. if you don’t speak any korean, it never hurts to try asking in english, a lot of fansite masters speak it. some of the ones i contacted responded to me in english tho i asked in korean lol.

when a fansite says “no logo crop” but doesn’t mention anything on secondary editing, should we assume there’s no editing allowed?

that’s what i would assume yes, it’s always best to assume editing isn’t allowed until you find out otherwise. but it never hurts to ask anyway. a lot of times the editing rules found in a fansite’s bio are referring to pics not giffing vids, so don’t get discouraged if you see no editing and ask if you can. i’ve gotten giffing permission from a lottt of fansites that allow no editing of their pics.

can i ask a favour? if you know or can find out if cream soda allows gifs?

i’ve contacted cream soda twice and never received a response. as far as i know, they don’t allow it, but other gifmakers definitely always gif their vids so ? i have no proof either way, sorry. finally heard back and they say it’s fine. happy giffing!
