Uhhhh … spins were spinning well first half hour session I think I was consistent in doing 4-5? rev spins but idk if I managed 6?

anw then I tightened my skates and I couldn’t do them as well anymore 😅

Jumping was… okay I’m getting more comfier on the waltz, salchow is hard cuz I have to do a 3 turns into it and if I don’t do it well. Well u get the idea

Im trying to practice my spiral on my ‘bad’ side more (left side) and the coach was like do good side then the bad side but I did both left cuz I wanted more practice and then she was like I know u didn’t cheat cuz ur second one was worse 😅😅😅😂😭

I feel my backwards cross rolls are regressing

BUT I did a seq of 3 turns then 3 cross rolls the repeat on the other side over and over again

Wasn’t pretty but wasn’t hideous. Definitely couldn’t do that before

Anw I feel kind of burned out with skating, not really with skating itself cuz I only do like 1.5 h on Monday, like yeah I’m tired cuz it’s after the weekend so Sunday evening I don’t get much sleep, but I’ve got other stuff going on that skating feels like more of a tremendous effort… which is kinda sad cuz I love to do it and it gives me ‘energy back’ cuz it’s smth I love yk. But yeah… I could use a break ig. I agreed to a priv lesson this month (so I have 2h instead of 1.5) but I might cancel it who knows. But the week before that I won’t be able to make skating so maybe I can get my break then. Anw!! I’m tired!! Even these recaps are a lot to write for me now 😭
