I admit Lucy finding Natsu's scarf would be cute but she has so much more going on that I'd feel bad for her to put aside her feelings for Natsu's scarf because both are equally important. It would have been an overload really.
But Gray finding Natsu's scarf wold be fun, especially since he has to find Natsu now, and with the theory of Natsu being possessed by END going round...Natsu vs Gray feels might be coming

Also note how most of ft 406 shows Lucy looking down in her one panel shots, especially her eyes always look away and/or down and that is brilliant manga storytelling for shame, fear and loss of confidence among other interpretations.
I took the liberty of showing how not ok Lucy is and it's probably going to be focused on after the end of this arc because she is totally off right now. I mean, Lucy has always been loud and spirited and as ready to rumble or show her emotions as Natsu and the others and now.

This is a huge turning point for Lucy's character and we might have some big development for her.
Lucy had two weaknesses:
Her dependance of her spirits and her low magic quantity.
The second was resolved with Capricorn and the second origin but the first is something that was a slap in the face for her. How can she fight without summoning a spirit? That is what her magic is based on after all. How can she assure the safety of her spirit when she lost aquarius by her own hand. How? How will she even face the other spirits. She'll need to find a new fighting style now, she can't just combine spirit power, she needs to input her own self by their side and this is difficult. Lucy's very identity as a mage is being tested. And perhaps Mashima with the filler arcs on celestial spirits and this huge impact on Lucy wants to talk about celestial mages history. I'm hoping Lucy's mum will finally feature and possibly push her forward or send a tip from above. But one thing for sure. Mashima wants to push Lucy and recreate her anew and I can't wait because sad Lucy isn't our Lucy she's got to be loud, solution finding, kind, confident and excited Lucy.
I like how happy Lisanna is to see Lucy and she noticed her awkwardness too bless this friendship
