CeCe was still getting her bearings around Nashville. After all, yesterday had been her first full day there, and she’d never been very good at directions, even in places she knew well. To avoid showing up two hours late because she’d driven in circles, she’d gotten a Lyft to the restaurant she and Juniper had agreed to meet for their informal business meeting/brunch, and had managed to show up on time - totally unheard of for her. Making her way into the restaurant, she noticed it was pretty busy, though given the day and time, it made sense. Naturally, she caused a few stares and head turns, but as graciously as ever, she simply smiled to those looking her way, and asked the greeter to direct her to Juniper Motta. Luckily, they had a booth in the back, so they wouldn’t be disturbed, and as CeCe was escorted over to the table, she offered her new manager a bright smile, leaning down to wrap her into a quick hug. “Hi!” She greeted cheerfully, “It’s so nice to see you again. You’re basically the only familiar face to me here, so there’s a lot of pressure on you.” She joked as she took her seat, accepting a menu with a smile, before focusing on the other woman again. “How was your morning?”
